McKenna Financial was established in 1969 when our founder, Bob McKenna, wanted to make a shift from the culture of major Wall Street firms to a business that prioritized long-term relationships, personalized service, and independence with regard to investment decisions. Bob’s son, James, joined the firm in 2009 after having worked for Fidelity Investments in New York City. Jennifer joined McKenna Financial in 2016 and is an invaluable addition to our team. James and Jennifer are CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals and have both earned a Master of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Financial and Tax Planning (MSBA-FTP) from San Diego State University.
